If you are going to contact support, it is important to know which QuickBooks product you have. An easy way to do this is to sign in to the Intuit Accounts Manager.  

Just type ‘accounts.intuit.com’ into your browser and hit enter. Then use the same login you use to sign in to your QuickBooks product.   

Select ‘Products & billing’ to see all your Intuit products.  

You can select your product, see all the different services you have subscribed to, and locate your company ID. If you have the right permissions, you can make changes to your QuickBooks Online products here. If you have QuickBooks Desktop you'll select Manage my QuickBooks to make changes.
